I need to store my RB cookies for a party on Sunday, mainly to keep the kids out of them. My question is once they have set out to dry, can I put them in a container with parchment paper in between the layers of cookies? Will stacking them like that damage them?

If in doubt, don't stack. You'd hate to see all that work squished!

I have no idea but would be curious to know. Maybe you could just stack 2 or 3 and see how that goes and if it's ok then you'll have the answer. But let us know pls
