Hi All,

I have to make a wedding cake for friday.

Now i need a buttercream tht teast good and not too sweet.

As i tried the faux butter cream, it decorates nice but i don't like how it teast.

And it has to hold up good as it has to go from the Netherlands, to Brussels.

Will check back after work, thanks.

try the IMBC (italian meringue buttercream - recipe found on this site in recipe section). everyone seems to love it and it is not too sweet and has a great consistency. good luck with your long journey!
