I added 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter to my usual white cake recipe, filled the cake with seedless raspberry jam, iced with my usual white BC... oh holy moly, it is divine.

Just thought I'd share! thumbs_up.gif

Wow! That sounds great, too bad I would probably be the only one eating it. LOL. Bad Mommy! LOL.

Did it taste alot like Peanut Butter or just a taste of it?

Thanks for sharing.

It was enough to get the flavor, but not overpowering. Of course, I LOVE peanut butter, so you may want to start with a little less!

Forgot to add - I gave a sample of this cake to the bride at my last tasting... and now she wants her WHOLE CAKE to be peanut butter with raspberry!

I have never tried that. It must be good, if someone wants it for there wedding cake. Wow! Take pics for us.

Oh, I got to say that I don't think I have ever tasted a cake with Rasberry filling. Always something else, like strawberry or pineapple but not rasberry. I have to try it one day! LOL.

Thanks!
