Flavoring Fondant

Can anyone suggest a good flavoring for fondant and how much I would use.. approx.

There are tons of recipes on here. But you can use any of your favorite flavoring about 2 tsp per recipe. Whatever will compliment your cake. : )

Lemon is very good. You can use any flavor you like. HTH
