Store royal icing? what is the shelf life?
How long can it be kept safely?

Store it in a cool dry place. If it's tinted especially with colours like violet then in a dark place. Put it in an air tight container with a piece of plastic wrap on the surface to prevent it from getting all crusty. Should be good for up to 2 weeks. When you are ready to use it re-whip it a bit.
