I have been catering and making cakes from home for 3 years, and opened a little shop here back in February. I sell and do consignments on dresses ( all formal) and do floral and the cakes catering etc. The whole business aspect of it is a little scary to me. I don't have the greatest kitchen in the world but between my home one and the little one in the shop I get by.

I KNOW that I underprice my cakes, etc. And I so need to get some pricing help. I am in Alabama, and I don't know too much about what the rest are charging. I hope to enlarge my kitchen soon and do away with the dresses etc....as my true love is the cakes. Any business suggestions anyone has would be appreciated!!!!

We can't really help you unless we live where you live. There are so many local factors to consider.
