Help! Need Question Answered Re: Edible Ink Printer

I am looking for a printer for edible images. I need to know id the Cannon IP600 id the same as "pixma"IP600? All the sites have ink to fit IP600 but doesn't include the prefix "pixma" Are they of the same??? Ebay is having great deals and time is counting down icon_confused.gif Thanks for ANY advise. Including if I am making a bad choice in printers????? icon_smile.gificon_wink.gif

I have the Canon iP1500! It says "Pixma" on the front of my printer and on the box. When I order my inks I order for the iP1500, it does not say pixma and they work!

So yes, I think they are the same. I hope this answers your question in time!
