Hi all,

I was wondering can i use instead of flour , merenguepowder or would tht change the texture.

Can any one help with the flower that look like rolled up flowers, how exactly do i make those.

Use flower nail #7 and tip 104. Put small square of wax paper on first. Hold decorating bag at 90 degree angle with wide end of tip touching center of flower nail. Turn the nail counterclockwise, and using even pressure, squeeze out a ribbon of icing, wrapping it around to form a rose. If you want you can add 3 pearl stmens to each center, but I didn't like the look.

I don't know about the meringue powder, sorry.

Not sure about the flour. But my first thought is that I wouldn't work.

Also, I make my rolled up flowers (roses) with fondant. I just cut a strip of rolled out fondant and roll it up.
