Decorating By twinsline7 Updated 13 Mar 2006 , 10:16pm by KrisD13
I've seen flowers and figures made of chocolate....come someone tell me how or where to find out how??
I've never done it, but I'm guessing candy clay? Chocolate discs and corn syrup. There may be a recipe on this site. Sorry I can't be of more help.
Here is a recipe you might want to try:

Hi twinsline! I can tell you I have used the candy clay recipe on here and I love it! I cannot for the life of me make BC roses but I can make a candy clay rose look almost real..... go figure... I'm always backwards
You are most welcome, twinsline! I hate to see an unanswered post, so if nothing else, I'll bump ya so someone that KNOWS what they're talking about, can help ya out. LOL Take care!

crisseyann....next time I have a post that goes by I'm gonna call out for you!!! Instead of me bumping it up with anyone? ...I'm gonna shout out HEY CRISSEYANN!!! lol
thanks for ya'lls help....but I have another question.....tl you said you make your roses with it....do you use the candy clay just like fondant?
OOOOPS! Sorry, I was logged in under my daughter's name, midnight_society. THIS is crisseyann. LOL
I made some chocolate roses years ago. From what I'm learning in Wilton Level 3 courses now, its the same method as for fondant
Hope this helps...
