Oh my gosh everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
You all are so kind! I still can't believe it. It's so weird, it's like a dream. Never in a million years did I think I could ever create something that was worthy of such an awesome award. They scored me a 296 out of 300! The BOS though is not picked based upon scores. BOS is picked by the judges as their favorites!! Apparently my cake was center on the table because it was the best of the best! All five cakes on the BOS table were definately worthy of BOS! More than me I think!!!! I am my own worst critic!!
I drove me cake down here in the back of my van. I put the top tier on when I got to my sister's. Believe it or not I will be leaving with it in the back of my van AGAIN tomorrow morning on my two day trek back home to WA!!!!! My SIL has been there with me through the whole process but not the top tier so I figured I had better take it back so she can see it. Hopefully it'll make the trip back just as well as it did down!!!!!

Alright now Shirley! Are you ready to do this again? I envy each and every one on here that can do gumpaste flowers. I am so darn tired of not being able to put beautiful flowers on my cakes. It's my turn now to learn the technique of gumpaste.
Okay, time to pack up my laptop. I have to head out early in the am on my trek back to WA. Man I hate that drive. The only pretty thing is Mount Shasta!!!!!!!
