Hey guys,

I'm looking for a form, or how to put the following info into a form.

I want a "contract" that people sign saying they have picked up their cake in good order. And they are satisfied.

For example if someone comes to pick up their birthday cake, and drives away with it and it falls. Its not my fault.

Does anyone else have something like this?

Thanks!!

As well, as a form that deals with the rental of my cake stands etc. Just something that says, I've rented it for $$XX and if it isn't damage I will recieve that back. If it is damaged I won't recieve that back..

Jamessweetie from Cakes Canada ( I think she is here too) came up with what to do.

I put this on the bottom of my important info sheet (the form that says what's edble, what is not).

I hereby acknowledge that my cake was received in good order.
Any mishaps that occur after receiving the cake, including but not limited to: damage occurring during transit, being dropped, mishandled etc. are my responsibility and of no fault of (Decorators Name).

Signature: _______________________________________

You could even include a line such as "if a mishap does occur, please phone at _____________ and it may be possible for it to be repaired, any additional costs incurred for this will be payable at the time the damage is fixed."
