How do I do A chocolate filling for a wedding cake? I am new at this and this is my first wedding cake. Please help!

Hi,

Maybe you could try a ganache filling. Ganache is so yummy.

You could also full it with your favorite chocolate buttercream recipe or chocolate pudding.

Chocolate raspberry buttercream is delicious.
Just strain a jar of raspberry jam to get the seeds out and place a layer on the cake and then ice with chocolate buttercream.

It is a nice suprise when you bite into it.
