Penny! It is a ready-made fondant sold in cake supply stores...or online probably. I buy it from my cake store. I love it. It tastes very nice....is FAR SUPERIOR to Wilton's product in every way...and is really easy to work with. I have two cakes in my gallery which are Satin Ice cakes if you want to check them out.

Thanks! Go to The Baker's Kitchen / thebakerskitchen.com . They carry it...and I'll bet alot of other places do to. Google SATIN ICE FONDANT and see what comes up.
