Hi all,

I'm doing a cupcake wedding for around 50 people. Do any of you have a rule of thumb on how many cupcakes the bride should order? She'll probably have 3 flavors and we were thinking of 6 dozen (2 doz per flavor).

I know not everybody will eat dessert, but then some people may want more than one cupcake!

Your feedback is appreciated!

I always suggest one for each guest plus a dozen more, that pretty much equals out then between greddy guts and non-cake eaters!

I always just freeze them on a cookie sheet and then when they're solid I throw em' in a gallon ziploc!!! Works great for me....

Just to be safe, I think I'll wrap them in saran wrap and then put them in a freezer bag. Just to make sure they don't absorb any freezer smell.
