I made a WASC cake Thursday and decorated it using BC dream icing was suppose to be delivered Fri. They changed their mind until tomorrow Monday. It has been it's box and refridgerated since it was finished. Icing is set hard. Do you think the cake will be fresh when it comes back to room temp?

They can't just change their minds. They still owe you for the cake and should accept deliver as planned. if they need ANOTHER one for Monday, fine - but you aren't responsible for it. And it Might be ok, but you should tell them the cake was made with the Fri. delivery date in mind.
