Can anybody help me with this? I love the look and taste of ganache glaze but have had problems with tiny air bubbles. I usually use equal parts cream and chocolate chips, heating the cream in the microwave until just boiling. Then I slowly stir in the chocolate and let sit for a few minutes until its good pouring consistency.

Any help would be appreciated!!

are you stirring it with a whisk???? Maybe you're incorporating too much air...try a spoon and also just stir until it's just combined...don't overmix

Try picking up the container and dropping it on the countertop easily a couple times. I seen this on the food network and I have been using it for my cakes and chocolate mixtures. Just don't make a big drop-lol and spill it. But they say lightly dropping it on the counter while in the container will help get air bubbles out. Maybe this will help you.

Don't stir in the chocolate. Just put it in and let it sit a bit to melt and then swirl the pan--using a stiring utensil only if absolutely necessary.
