I just started using MMF instead of the regulat fondant. Someone on CC stated it takes longer to dry out than regaular fondant. I love making flowers out of fondant, is it more difficult using MMF?

The only difference I notice is that is is a bit sticker. But you can still get great results. I just find myself having to use more powder sugar or corn starch so it does not stick to my hands. It doesn't stick to my rolling pin?? Must be the heat of my hands???

Hi, tymag! You can also add to every 12 oz. of MMF 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons of "Gum-Tex". That way it will get harder and it'll dry faster aslo.
Hope this can help! Good Luck!! thumbs_up.gif
