I had a question about pricing. I have read posts about prices that are charged in the US but they sound higher than what people charge here in Canada so i was just wondering if anyone had any info about canadian cake prices mainly 1/4 1/2 full slab cakes & rounds character or not character and shaped cakes from the wilton character pans.
Im just starting out and people want prices and i dont have any yet

For my full slab...12x18 I charge $80 and for my half slab 9x13 all 3 inches tall...I charge $40.
Alot of people tell me I don't charge enough...But I feel horrible charging...I hate that part.

Hope that helps a bit. I also find ...have you been on the site CakesCanada.com? It is all Canadians...So, there is a price matrix there etc..
