My son would like a teen titian (cartoon show) cake, have anyone made this cake before, if not any suggestion would help

Because there are so many of them, I would pick his favorite and do a FBCT. You can also buy the little figures and put them on the cake as cake toppers if you want to use all the different characters. Here's an image of the group of them.

You could do a scene of the Teen Titan tower with the water in front, etc. or make a T shaped cake for the tower.
