the recipe for MMF that is posted here, how much does that yield? Specifically, how many cakes and what size can I cover? I want to ust it for dummies, since is much cheaper than purchasing fondant.

I used it on a double layer 8" cake (approx. 4" high) and still had 1/2 of it left over. HTH.
