I am a new cake decorator who decided to get really ambititiuos and try to make the cake from scratch.. well I went to the store and there was no cake flour!!! can I use All-purpose flour and if so do I have to increase or decrease the amount. I am just looking to make a white cake!!

Any suggestions and help would be appreiciated!

I use the Wilton Butter Cake all the time, just go to the wilton site. I do use regular old flour, I add 1/3 cup more sugar than it calls for, and I leave out the almond flavor some times...
