The bride I have loves the taste of BC, but loves how fondant looks. I know that MMF can be rolled out really thin. How thick of a layer of BC can you put under fondant? Can I ice it like usual and then cover in fondant? I think I read somewhere you were only supposed to put a thin layer of BC under the fondant.

I don't know if this is true for MMF, but I was watching a special which showed Disney wedding cakes. The layer of BC under the fondant was very, very thick (like what you'd see on a cake without fondant). Before they served the cake, they peeled the fondant off and then sliced it.
