I'm planning on making a sponge cake with Strawberry and Whipped cream filling this weekend. I"m going to ice it in buttercream and i am going to attempt my first buttercream transfer. Does anyone have any words of wisdom so this comes out good? Its a picture of a soccer player missing the ball (i am going to make it a kickball player - really similar) and bring it to my kickball game on sunday. I can't wait to try it.
