I'm just having all kinds of issues today.

WHY do I have so many airbubbles in my fondant and HOW on earth do I get them out?? I tried to prick them with a pin and then keep rolling, but there were so many, it just made a bumpy mess. icon_cry.gif

Did you kneed it before you stared rolling it out?

Yep, several times. When I colored it and when I got ready to roll it.
I have a good section of it now. I just used a pin and every time I saw one, pricked it and kept going.

But of course, then I figured my problem was the icing on the other cake...so I have do that over before the fondant goes on. But I'm making progress.

Thanks!
