I just finished all of my samples for a bride's tasting tomorrow, and I still need to make the icing for those, and start on the durn Lily's for another cake, and I have to go put the tape recorder in my 3 year old's room so the ENT Dr can hear his snore (we're suspecting adenoids), and it's 12:30, and now I understand why women have more heart attacks on weekends....sorry for moaning. Really, I'm off now!

Your first post made me laugh. My first wedding cake was for a church anniversary/bridal show - and after making about a hundred roses (not kidding) they decided the theme was calla lilies. I ended up putting both on the cake. It needed a little color!!!
