I finally got a new mixer! Kohl's has them on sale 30% off and if you open an account, you get another 15-30 % off your first purchase.

Wow, great deal. I see they have several. Which one would you recommend?

There is the 4 1/2 qt. Classic,

5 qt. Artisan,

or one that just says KA "heavy duty"

i have the 4 1/2 quart classic and it works good for me, now i only do a few cakes a month, and i've never done a big cake like a wedding cake. i got mine from amazon for 160.00, it was too hard to justify another 100.00 for something that is more or less a hobby icon_cry.gif i would love one of the artisans in pink or red

I have the classic KA it does a great job. I also have the professional series got it for christmas from Kohls. Couldnt pass on the price.I love it to. it is great for MMF and i can triple my buttercream recipe with that one. I think any KA is worth having.
