I am looking for a creamy buttercream and thought I would try the fluffy bakeshop icing from the recipe section tonight. . Does anyone know if the leftovers need refrigerated? Thanks

I'd think so, since it's got milk in it.

With the egg white in it, I would think you would need to refrigerate.

I didn't look as far as the egg whites! Then it's definitely a yes!
