A customer of mine asked me to make the 3-D baby carrige cake (Wilton's Traveling First Class) I am fine with it, but while looking at another post here at CC, someone said they had questions about the 3-D bassinett. I did a search and LOVE the bassinet! I think it is WAY cuter than the carrige and looks to be eaiser to transport.

Is it wrong of me to gently push this lady into getting the bassinett cake?

If not how can I do this w/o upsetting her? She is a repeat customer, but kinda picky..

If not what is the best way to transport the carrige cake? It is held up with pillers, so it says... How can I secure them to the cake board so it can be transported? ??

before you show her the picture just say "wow, I really think the stroller is adorable, but let me show you this that I saw and tell me what you think about it!"

I email customers ideas all the time, unless they are dead set on a design and I know it's not worth it. At the very least, the customer will be flattered that you went that extra little bit and were thinking of her!

The carriage cake, I think I'd probably deliver that one and finish set up on site.

The baby show is about an hour away! I can not go and set-uo I was worried about that. ...

Is there any way to use wood dowels and a plywood base and drill the two together????

I"m sure there is a way, but you'd better have someone to hold it on the ride since it'll be top heavy!

Take a trip to your home improvement store, you can probably find all of the things you'll need for it!
