I am making a 13 x 9 strawberry flavored cake made with 2 cake mixes, it is for a family friend and it is going to frosted with white whippes frosting and few roses and a birthday message...simple...but i dont know how much to charge???

Not sure if that made sense, what I mean is between 20 and 30 and then you decide where at in that range. I dont know how experienced you are, if you feel like your new to this then closer to 20. If you feel like a pro then more. Sorry, didn't want you to misunderstand!! Should have wrote depending on your experience!!
