I am planning to use the Wilton stand up house pan for a house to be put on top of a sheet cake. Does anyone know a good doctored mix recipe that works for this pan? I was wondering if The cake Mix Doctor's Buttermilk Devil's Food Cake recipe would work here or if I would need a firmer batter? Does anyone use a doctored mix for a stand up characterpan that you are willing to share?
