How many servings in 10 cups of batter? Using the NordicWare Cnflower and NordicWare Castle.

10 CUPS WOULD BE ABOUT A 14" ROUND-depending on wedding cake size or regular-it would serve about 36 pieces for wedding-less for regular-but let others confirm for you-=I would hate to give you the wrong impression-

I've heard somewhere along the way that every 1/2 cup batter is a serving. Not sure I'd completely agree with that, but I guess that depends on how big your 'party servings' are. I usually figure 12-15 party servings per box of cake mix. Most cake mixes have around 5 cups (some more, some less) of batter. So for 10 cups I'd probably say 24-30 servings.
