Hi,

I was just wondering what Satin Ice is. Do you actually make it or can you buy it?

I'm a newbie - don't laugh too hard!! icon_redface.gif

Satin Ice is a fondant that you can buy. I have never tried it but i have read that most people order it on line.

I know that it is one of the favorites and that some of the big time cake decorators use it.

LOVE Satin Ice. It has a good flavor, is easy to work with and even comes in different colors. You can purchase it at Sugarcraft.com or Country Kitchen.com just to name a couple.
