I am looking for some directions for making baby booties for the top of a cake. I tried to look up the directions on Cali4dawn's site, but couldn't access the site. Does anyone have those or any other instructions for making them? Thanks so much!
Bumping this up for you....
I'm positive that I have seen someone's posting of the instructions, but I couldn't find it for you. Sorry.
If you want to PM me the link you were trying to get into, I can see if I can open it and then email it to you as an attachment or something.
I think maybe if someone has the instructions, they should post them. What do y'a'' think? 'cos I need them too! PLEASE!!!!!!
lol...yes they should but when noone replies to me I just ask "ARE YOU IN COOKIE WORLD"????!!
dawn has a website that has complete instructions. oh, dawn use to be on this site, but isn't anymore. she's often in ladycakes place. her directions should still be here, somewhere. i use to have her website in my favorites. maybe one of the old timers, like msmissey could be of assistance. not calling anyone old(smile)
Dawn was nice enough to send me her directions some time ago which I kept. I would be happy to post them but is that okay since it's not mine? Oh, and I logged on and off all day so I missed the new posts, sorry.

This is CaliDawn's web site with the instructions for the fondant baby booties. If anyone has trouble accessing it, just send me a PM with your email address and I will email it to you.
I actually looked for that the other day. I have 2 shower cakes coming up and definitely want to do the booties on one of them! The first link is kind of cute too, it's booties made from cupcakes.....

This second link is to Dawn's site. I'm pretty sure that's where I found the tutorial, but I couldn't find it today. I don't know if it was removed or what, but you could probably email her and ask.
HTH
I spent so much time looking for the site, I didn't realize ChrisJ had posted it. COOL!!!
