I know their are so much. I have a lot of the special edition hard back Wilton decorating books with the pattern books. Hard to find, you can find some on e-bay. they may be old but they have lots of techniques that are used today.

I have so many books, the well decoated cake is good. the whimiscale cake book is good, you learn about doing images in chocolate. How to make whimiscal cakes. Both books have recipes. Lindsy Smith has some good books for 3d cakes - celebrate with a cake, came out about a year. Some people here had done her cakes. You can do a search for her name and she has about few books some out of print but you can find on e-bay if you like.
She also had a website she is located in the UK.

Good luck, I am sure their will a few people to suggest books to you.
