I have to share my excitment with someone who will understand it:

I just received a call from the British Consulat General Hamburg, that they like me to do the cake for the official 80th birthday party for the Queen in Hamburg I´ve done the cake for the Golden Jubilee 2002, but never thought about to get the chance again as the Konsulat will close later this year. I don´t know what the design will be, but it will be a fruit-cake to feed 300 people.

I can´t stop smiling all over my face as this is really a big honour for me!

I think the design will be a classic-british one, but covered in fondant instead of royal icing, but I will let you know when I know more!
