Hi! My daughter's birthday is Thursday, (3 days) how soon before that date can i bake and decorate her cake? i am so excited! I am doing my first homemade cake and the theme is Monkeys. Thanks for your help, i appreciate it!

Julie, Depending on what time you are celebrating Thursday and how long it takes you to decorate... I would bake Wednesday morning and decorate Wednesday night to be ready for anything on thursday!!! Good luck and ejoy yourself!

I agree, the best thing would be to bake Wednesday morning if you can, and then decorate that evening. But, It's already Tuesday, so even if you bake today, it will still be fresh on Thursday.
