I am sure this has been asked and answered....but how can I determine the number of servings in a cake? How much cake batter is needed? Is there a chart somewhere that has this information. I have only made 8" or 9" round cakes for some birthday celebrations.....but how much do I need to serve 100 people? 75 people? etc.....

thanks!
