Antonia's Recipe For Sugar Cookie Icing

This post is for Antonia or anyone who knows the recipe that Antonia uses for her sugar cookies. I've heard that is it wonderful and would love to have it. I have yet to experiment with cookies, but would like to have all of my ducks in a row before starting.
Any advise will be appreciated ...and Antonia...thanks!
