Hello everyone!!!

just bored here at home and decided that I havent made myself a cake in a loooooooooooooooong time my favorite is chocolate so I wanted to make something different try a new recipe. I just bought some girl scout cookies. and thought mmmmmmm a thin mint cake would be good i just added 1 cup of crushed thin mints to my cake batter and boy do i think i taste good...

thanks everyone-

jmcakes its was just my Dark fudge chocolate ducan hines batter with 1 cup crushed thin mint cookies. i was gonna add the pudding and an extra egg but didnt have chocolate pudding.....it still tasted good.

im in a experimental mode right now......

my next ideas crawling through my head are ....rockyroad cake, banna split, almond joy, caramel turtle.

my husband say to try and make some kind of snickers cake but i havent gotton hat far......i think ill just approach one at a time.....

has anyone made anything different they want to share i would love to hear your ideas!!!

That cake looks incredible! icon_lol.gif My favorite Girl Scout cookie too. I'm drooling all over my keyboard! Bet it was wonderful! How did the actual cake turn out with the cookie crumbled inside? I can only imagine! icon_biggrin.gif

oooh, that is my favorite!!! i think i will use your recipe, but i am going to use dark chocolate frosting...i'm allergic to milk. icon_surprised.gif
