LOL - I like that one, too, but it rarely makes it to the oven.

Actually, I'm a sucker for 'testing' my cookies. As soon as they're a few minutes cooled - I'll take a bite. Before the icing. but I don't eat a lot when they're finished. Except the 'wedding cake' variety. the little balls with finely ground pecans and butter rolled in powered sugar. they are my weakness.

I love Butter Cookies!!! Yum yum. My favorite box cookies are Lemon Coolers!!

I know this wasn't part of it but my most favorite part of an ice cream cone is the very very bottom of the cone that has gotten a gooey and squishy with melted ice cream!

No way! I thought I was the only person on earth who loves that last cookie with no chocoalte chips! My family makes fun of me. I hae gotten quite upset when my husband comes in and starts scraping the dough out of the bowl to eat it when I want to make that last special cookie!

Island Cookies. They are a white choco, macadamia nut, coconut cookie that I just love. I got the recipe off the back of a white choco chip bag years ago at Christmas time. They are one of my most popular cookies.

Well let's see!!! My all time favorite is Crackerjack Cookies!!!

My mother used to make them all the time when I was a little girl. I would take a cookie, put it in my Easy Bake Oven to warm it up and then pretend I made it!!! Boy oh boy was that good. Whenever I make them the smell of those cookies right out of the oven takes me back to that time in my childhood! AHHHH, the memories!!!!

My problem is that I like food period!!! Even cookies! But my favorite cookie is probably the lace cookie because I love the crunch as well as the taste.

Deb - here is the Island Cookie Recipe

1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 (12-ounce) package (2 cups) White/Vanilla Chips
1 cup flaked coconut, toasted, if desired (I don't toast)
3/4 cup macadamia nuts or walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
Beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels, coconut and nuts.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 8 to 11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Enjoy. Makes about 3 dozen cookies. Yum. I have some frozen dough at home. Now I'm going to have to bake them when I get home.

I get tired of a favorite, then it becomes a favorite after I haven't had it for a while. I can never turn down snickerdoodles, oatmeal chocolate chip, good shortbread, or peanut butter cookies.
