Is there a certain method to mixing this for buttercream?
I have read some recipes that have the water and Sweetex combined well first.
I have seen hot water used.
So, is there a proper mixing method?
Adding: I have also read that mixing this in a mixer for 8-10 minutes is what makes the buttercream fluffy and light.
