I'm wanting to make a cheesecake, but just realized that I'm out of graham crackers. icon_sad.gif But I do have a couple of the premade graham cracker crusts...I'm wondering if I can remove those from their foil pans and crumble them up and then press into my springform pan? Has anyone ever done this before? Will it work??
TIA! icon_smile.gif

I have never done that before but I don't see why it would not work. Melt some butter or margarine to add a Tbsp at a time in case you need some sticking power.
