. . .this question is for you.

I've read the other posts about freezing leftover buttercream, but I'd still like to know is it still okay if you've used milk or coffee creamers in the buttercreamer??
And if so, how long is it good for after it has been thawed???

Thanks! icon_smile.gif

I don't usually have enough left over to freeze I just make enough to get the job done and to cover any accidents. But yes if you freeze it it will still be good. Freeze it as soon as possible and once thawed use it as soon as possible. More than likely if the icing does go bad it will smell rancid (butter going bad) before it will smell sour (milk/creamer going bad).
