I made a fondant bow using the instructions on CakeCentral. It was great practice but I don't have a use for it yet - it doesn't work on the cakes that I'm planning over the next few weeks.

How can I store it? At the moment it's in a baggie on the counter in the kitchen. How long will it keep? Is the answer the same for MM Fondant? Wilton Fondant? Satin Ice rolled buttercream?

Your input is appreciated!

It should keep for a long time. I recommend finding a plastic container for it to fit in, place a piece of paper towel in the bottom of it (to help with easy removal), place your bow in it, put the lid on tightly and then place the bow in a darker cupboard so that the color does not fade.
