Anyone know how i can turn this in to a bday cake for a man in about 30 min!!!!! I was told it was for a woman but its for a man.......long story

This is a stretch, but here goes: remove the flowers and birds. replace with chocolate covered strawberries. The berries will look like they are still on the vine. You can pipe a tie on each berry. Sorry, best I can do.
