Cheesecake Filling???

ok guys & gal's.....Is it possible to make a cake and use cheesecake filling (such as the NO BAKE Cheesecake)???? If so can someone inform me on how to do so correctly.

I know this is horrible (LOL) icon_rolleyes.gif My Birthday is tommorrow and I'm making my own cake ~!!!! Shuuuuuu icon_biggrin.gif Hey atleast I know I'll like it huh!!! LOL

that sounds so yummy...........I believe there are no bake cheesecake recipes on here if you just hit the recipe tab up above and type in cheesecake.......I don't see why you couldn't use that as a filling, great idea.....I would love that with some cherry pie filling in there too yummy!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't see why not? Jello also makes a cheesecake flavored instant pudding. Whip it with 8oz heavy cream and it turns into a mousse. I needs to be refrigerated though. I know you probably dont want to bake a cheesecake, in addition to your birthday cake - Happy Birthday! - but another option is to bake a thin layer of cheesecake in a cake pan lined w/ parchment. After it cools, put that in between two cake layers... yum!

I would make a real cheesecake (NY or waterbath method), and then sandwich them together.
