Not owning a KA mixer, can you tell me if it is possible to make MMF, mixing by hand? Yes it is crazy to even think of, but I want to try to make this. Has anyone ever done it, mixing by hand?

I always mix my MMF by hand. I know some use their KA's but I dont want to chance it and it is very easy to do it by hand, just make sure you smear your hands with crisco so they dont stick.

I have done it both ways, with my KA and by hand. Honestly, I like it better by hand. When you use the mixer you can feel the consistency like you can with your hands. I always add to much icing sugar with the KA, then it's rock hard.

The only thing is make sure you GREASE your hands good and go.
