I am so excited!! My sister's school is going to have a "Dia de Niños" celebration. (Dia de Niños is Children's Day - it's a Latin American tradition that celebrates kids.) It's going to be April 30 and one of the activities is going to be cake walk (even though it's a day to celebrate children, it's going to be a mini-carnival type thing for the entire family and community.) Anyway, back to the Cake Walk. I am so excited. I'll be able to do various types of cakes and experiment with things I normally don't get to do. I'm going to start thinking of how many cakes I can feasibly do and start thinking of some ideas. I'd love to do at least five different types of cakes.
