Hello to All,

I am wanting to make a taller cake. I remember something about my instructor mentioning collaring cake pans. At lease I think that is what she mentioned. She never demonstrated this technique. Can someone please help a newbie out? icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks in advance!

Taller cakes always look better..they look more professional , you can never see a pastry Chef or any good baker make a "PANCAKE" cake w/ icing..icon_smile.gif
