Do you find that people prefer the mouth-feel and flavor of one cookie icing over another? Crunchy royal, chewy glazes (made with corn syrup), or creamy buttercream? (That's how they turn out for me anyway!) My husband doesn't like crunchy cookies, thought the glazed ones were okay, and of course loves buttercream. I don't mind crunchy and liked everything else too.

I definitely prefer a glaze.
If only I could learn to decorate better, though!!
